Cards from my Stamp Camp at my house. This is made with the new Flower Shop Bundle on page 94 in the new Catalog. I punch the flowers out of Designer Papers Stacks on page 141. The punches are on page 183. The colors on these cards are the new In-Colors, this one is Strawberry Slush

This card is made with the Chalk Talk bundle on page 12 and the new In Color, here it is Crisp Cantaloupe.  The other stamp set is the Beautifully Baroque Bundle on page 113
this card is made with one more bundle, Wildflower Meadow on page 83 and the new color is Pistachio Pudding, look at the cute new ruffled ribbon in matching colors

Again the Flower Shop bundle, just love that bundle. Notice the center of the flowers. They are made with the new Simply pressed clay and the molds on page 167. They are very easy to make and they just airdry. You can color them with re-ink, just a few drops of color does the magic. And the best part is that is is only 6.95 and 7.95 and you can make

One of my favorite cards with the Dress Framelits and the Oval framelits

Here again I used the Hearts Framelits to make this card. The roses are the new
way to combine 2 flower techniques into one beautiful rose. My plan is to make videos of
techniques in case you want to learn how to make the flower.

Cute card made with the lattice die and the small butterfly punch

Another card with the dress framelits and the oval framelits

Thursday, January 24, 2013

This little box is made from the Fancy Favor Bigz Die and the topper is the Oval Accent Bigz Die with an overlay of one of the new doilies. The butterfly is from the Beautiful Butterly Bigz Die and cut in white cardstock and vellum paper (behind). Stamp is Just Thinking p. 21 from Mini Catalog. Rose again from the Flower Trim colored w. Baja Breeze to match the ribbon. Enjoy. This was the last project. If you would like to order some of the new fun items just click here and you can order from the mini catalog or the regular catalog.

-This was one of my favorite projects we made for my camp. It is a notebook and as you can see we used lots of the new fun embellishments from the new Spring Mini. Love the roses (Flower Trim) with just a hint of color w. pretty in pink marker. The greeting is one of the Sale-a-bration stamp sets that you can get for free w. a $50 purchase. I love the new two toned ribbon, I only wish it came in more colors, but hopefully later. It makes perfect bows, specially if you use my bow-maker, see below for details on how to get the bow-maker.

Another card we made at the stamp camp yesterday. Probably the most fun stamp set w. matching framelits dies from the new Spring Mini Catalog (page 32 - bundle $34.95). I had so much fun with this bundle. You can use so many fun accessories like ribbon, the new Flower Trim (page 5) etc.
Btw that flower trim is my favorite new accessory, can't get enough of that stuff, try them, you can color them w. markers or sponge daubers.

I really love this card. The chalk board technique is a fun new trend. Try different ways like white embossing the greeting on the black cardstock and sponge w. white ink random places to make it look like a chalk board. The stamp set is the new Hearts a Flutter w. matching framelits dies, you can purchase it as a bundle for $36.95
We made these 2 cards at my Stamp Camp Yesterday.  The Love card has just half of the Paper Doilie Sizzlit L mounted on top of DSP "First Edition Specialty". Hearts are Embosslits.
The Thinking of You card is stamped w. "You are Loved" stamp set page 24.

Need a cute little gift for Christmas? why not give a bow maker. You make the cutest bows with this little thing and it is Only $10. Also makes a great stocking stuffer. Click on the botton with the bow maker and you get a tutorial how to use it, it is so easy. If you order one you get a "how to" with the bow maker. You can pay with Paypall or mail me a check for $13 which include shipping to:
Lis Ljung, 1559 Carleton Court, Corona, CA 92881. Make sure to give me your address etc.
This ornament is so easy to make. You use the Daydream Medaillions stamp set and the coordinating Floral Frames Framelits. Just stamp it and cut out 6 medaillions and fold them in half, then glue them together and you have a cute ornament. Make sure to add the ribbon before you finished the last one. and the center can be added if you like that. I also added a bow. Pfor the for the framelits and page 117 for the stamp set.
This is a fun way to wrap up som goodies for Christmas. Sandy Hancock gave me this cute little box and I changed it a little with more glitter paper. Love that stuff. We made this box at my last camp. You need the party favor Big Die and the new Snowflake die. You get 3 snowflakes cut out from this die and you can layer them. The circle is cut with the 3" circle die. Of course lots of rhinestones makes this adorable

This Pleasant Poppies stamp, page 72,  was love at first sight for me. Always loved Poppy Flowers. Colors I used are Tangerine and Real Red. I watercolored with Aqua Pens.
This card is from my Stamp Camp last Friday. I colored the shoe with markers, then the wallpaper embossing folder, then added the rhinestones. I used the new In-color Summer Starfruit and Vanilla Cardstock. Also the Starfruit new ribbon.

Betsy's Blossum with the new Chevron Embossing folder and the In colors.
Here again with the new In colors. The stamp set is the new Betsys Blossums (page 72). You have to try the new In Color ribbons.  My favorite ribbon this year.

These cards are from my last Stamp Camp. As you can see I love the new In-Colors this year. Here I used the new Papaya Collage stamp set (page 75), the new Papillon Potpourri stamp set (page 115). The colors are Gumball Green and Summer Starburst.
I love this new stamp Mr. & Mrs. My daughter Michala is getting married in October and it is great to use for Thank You notes, or a greeting card. Even for anniversaries.  Here I used it with the new Chevron Embossing folder, new ribbons etc.

Two more envelopes I made with the new insert. As you can see I am in love with this new tool. There are endless ways to decorate these cute envelopes. I love using Designer Papers for these envelopes, they are cute inside out. The flowers are made with the new flower punch from the mini catalog, I cut 3 flowers and put them through the paper crimper several times. That makes it easy to split the paper so you now have 6 flowers. It looks and feels like fabric, but is paper.
The 3 items below are 3 of the projects we did at my Stamp Camp Yesterday. The flower purse is adorable and easier than you think. The Bird stand is also very cute and that was the doorprize I picked
as the winner from my last Women in Ink meeting, as you can see below.  The flower is made of Satin and sheers and cut with the Flower Folds Die. I use them as decoration on my outfit, in my belt, on my purse etc. etc.

The envelope above is made with the Diagonal Insert to the Simply Scoring Tool. It is only $11.95 and the order number for that is 125586 in case you don;'t have it. I love making matching envelopes to my cards or simply as a gift pouch. This one could be used as a wedding gift pouch for a gift card.
